#ALL TLS Error

If your ports are being blocked, you will see this error in your openVPN log file: 

"TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)"

This may be caused by a firewall application, your internet router blocking the connection or even your ISP blocking the ports. Please try this: 
  1. Firewall application on your computer. Try temporarily disabling the firewall (or internet security application) on your computer to see if that solves the problem. If it does solve the problem then you will need to enable UDP traffic on port 443. 
  2. Enable Port Forwarding of UDP + TCP traffic on port 443. Visit for instructions for your router model.
  3. Connect with L2TP/IPSec using our L2TP setup guides from here and see if that resolves the issue.
